Call to Action (CTA): The phrase used to tell audiences exactly what to do after seeing an ad or piece of content.

Frequency: The average number of times a user saw an ad. Impression: The number of times an ad was served to a user.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI): The metric(s) by which a campaign will be evaluated. Reach: The number of people who viewed an ad.
Remarketing or retargeting: A method of marketing that specifically targets people who have already seen your ads, website, or other digital content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): A strategy to improve unpaid website traffic via search engines.
Share of Voice (SOV): The measure your brand voice has in an industry in relation to competitors.
